Class Description
Join a two-hour workshop where you’ll learn how to create your own clay stamps from start to finish. You’ll learn to prepare a stamp block, transfer an image, and carve clean, high-quality lines. Tips for avoiding common pitfalls, understanding the limitations of clay, and proper firing will be covered. The class ends with a short demo on how to use your finished stamps.

After registration, you will receive a materials list. A digital download will also be provided with the list. Zoom link for the live workshop will be sent two days before the class. Live translation is available during the session.

The class recording will be emailed after the class so you can watch it later or revisit the steps.

Will this be a live workshop?
Yes, the initial workshop is live via Zoom.

Can I ask questions during the workshop?
Yes, questions can be asked via chat. Diana will do her best to address as many as possible.

What if I can’t attend live?
You can purchase the workshop and access the recording, available a few days after the live event.

How long can I view the workshop?
You will have one-year access to the recording.

Is this class beginner-friendly?
Yes, beginners are welcome. 

What materials do I need?
A materials list will be sent after registration.

Can I work alongside Diana during class?
Yes, but it is recommended to watch first, then re-watch while working on your stamps.

How long is the workshop?
Two hours.

Do I need a computer to watch?
Yes, a computer, tablet, or phone capable of joining Zoom is required.

What clay will be used?
Diana will use a smooth body mid-fire clay with no sand or grog that requires kiln firing.

Do I need a kiln to fire my stamps?
A kiln is not required to follow along, but stamps must be fired to be durable and reusable.
