Shipping
I use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage to ship all domestic and international orders.Â
Gifts + Personal Notes
If you are purchasing a gift, please let me know. I am happy to include a personal note. Please leave the personal message you’d like me to include in the “comment from buyer section” when making your purchase.Â
ReceiptsÂ
Paper receipts are not included with orders to save on shipping costs and to reduce paper waste. Please refer to your digital receipt for your purchase information.Â
Packing Materials
I take great care to pack items securely use a combination of materials to pack, cardboard, re-cycled and biodegradable peanuts, bubble wrap, and recycled bubble wrap. I try to use paper products when possible but am not always able do so with larger items as they require plenty of cushion to make the journey safely to you.
Refunds
Unfortunately due to the limitations of this small business, no refunds are given at this time, only exchanges, for ceramic items only, within four days of receipt. Return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibilities of the customer. Please contact me at dianafaytstudios@gmail.com for more information regarding exchanges.
Damaged Items: I take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely to you. Should a piece arrive damaged, please email me with a photo, along with the name the order was placed under within 48 hours of receiving the package.Â
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within four days of receipt of purchase. Return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibilities of the customer and are non-refundable.. All items must be returned in good condition in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.Â
International orders
International orders
I ship via USPS Priority Mail International, unless noted otherwise. Buyer is responsible for duties, fees, or taxes incurred upon receipt in the destination country. USPS tracking information is very limited once the package leaves the U.S. and is updated only when it arrives at the address, or is held in customs at the local post office.Â
For items shipped outside of the Untited States, you accept the risk of loss and title for that merchandise upon our delivery of your package to the carrier. Diana Fayt Studios is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. We can not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to us due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Diana Fayt Studios, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs incurred on the package (original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to us.

Lost or Stolen PackagesÂ
In the event of a stolen or lost package, refunds will not be provided. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is a secure location to receive packages.
